SUMMARY

Responsible for serving as the liaison between the individual, his/her family or legal guardians and governing systems, school or other social service organizations. The goal is to provide support and access to necessary services. This role will be done in by performing the following duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. Must have a high school diploma.
2. An associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services related field is preferred.
3. Prior experience with families in a school or social service setting and understand principles of child development, education and crisis intervention preferred.
4. Be a self-identified individual who is in recovery from a serious emotional disturbance and who has lived experience preferred.

About Us
