SUMMARY

This position is responsible for working with individuals age 14 via Common Ground Software to empower consumers and provide them with the tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsibilities include providing recovery oriented peer support, assisting the consumer in identifying providing recovery oriented Personal Medicine, writing power sand completion ofthe Common Ground report and using Decision Aid Worksheets.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High School diploma or GED

Experience

  • Self- Identified Peer with personal Mental Health experience
