Working with the individuals in a Residential Treatment Facility, you will assess his/her needs and tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging environment and supporting individuals with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. You will assist individuals in becoming more integrated in their communities by maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities.

The GIRLS program is a joint-commission accredited residential program for female youth ages 13 through 18 who have a mental health diagnosis and are in need of intensive treatment.

Responsibilities also include daily living activities as needed, planning activities, supervision of individuals, documentation, passing medications, crisis management, planning therapeutic activities, etc. You will provide behavioral and therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Master's level Therapist.

Work Hours:

  • Must be willing to work 2nd shift, weekends, and occasional Holidays and overnights.
  • Possible shifts 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift.

This position requires:

  • A High School diploma or equivalency
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

About Us
