SUMMARY

This position is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the program in both McKean and Warren. This position provides intense treatment services to families with children who have a mental health diagnosis in McKean and Warren Counties. Supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • This position requires a graduate degree in a social services related field (e.g. psychology, social work, community counseling, rehabilitation, education, or psychiatric nursing).

Experience

  • A minimum of five years post graduate professional experience, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined, and approved by the Office of Mental Health.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Certifications & Licenses

  • WPIC FBMH Training Program certificate preferred; otherwise position requires immediate enrollment in this 3-year curriculum.
  • Valid driver's license

About Us
