SUMMARY

This position provides direct clinical and administrative oversight to the Outpatient Clinic. This position is responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the division in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies and procedures, and, in conjunction with the Medical Director, is responsible for clinical services.

The outpatient clinic provides mental health evaluation, medication management, and therapy services for adults and children. Additionally, our Outpatient Clinic in Warren offers BrainsWay Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) for adults.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required.
  • Licensed preferred. If not licensed, transcripts must show proof that a clinical practicum was completed during course studies
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

About Us

The phrase Beacon Light actually refers to two distinct companies:
Beacon Light Behavioral Health System (BLBHS) and Beacon Light Adult Residential Services (BLARS).

Together they provide mental health services to adults, children and families in both community-based and residential settings. Individually, BLARS primarily provides residential programs for adults, while BLBHS provides community-based and residential programs for children, as well as community-based programs for adults.
