Nurse - LPN - Mobile Medication - Part-Time
SUMMARY
The Mobile Medication LPN is responsible for the day to day operation of the Mobile Medication team while under the supervision of the program RN manager.
Mobile Medication is a community-based program that provides in-home services to individuals who experience difficulty progressing in their mental health recovery due to inconsistent adherence to their medication regime. Nurses and technicians work with individuals and their prescribers to support self-management of their medications.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nursing License; a minimum of three years nursing experience, with a minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred.
