SUMMARY

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall nursing functions within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility programs. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned residential programs. Provides strategic oversight of the residential program’s subcontractors, operations, budgets and forecasting to ensure achievement of goals and financial metrics. Responsible for ensuring that the assigned residential team provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Works hand in hand with the Director of Residential Services and the Executive Director to ensure coordination and provide oversight as required. Position is required to carry out individual responsibilities with initiative, independence and creativity while exercising sound professional judgment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Current, unrestricted, Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License
  • A minimum of three years nursing experience
  • A minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill clients.
