Position Summary

The Decision Support Worker is responsible for working with individuals age 14 and older via Common Ground Software to empower consumers and provide them with the tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsibilities include providing recovery-oriented peer support, assisting the consumer in identifying providing recovery oriented Personal Medicine, writing power sand completion of the Common Ground report and using Decision Aid Worksheets. The Decision Support Center (DSC) is a peer-run service that operates within the Beacon Light Outpatient Clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
