SUMMARY

Mobile Medication is a community-based program that provides in-home services to individuals who experience difficulty progressing in their mental health recovery due to inconsistent adherence to their medication regime. Nurses and technicians work with individuals and their prescribers to support self-management of their medications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Nursing school certification/diploma required
• Three years nursing experience preferred
• One-year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred

About Us
