SUMMARY

Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees by performing the following duties.

The Specialized Therapeutic Residence For Intellectual and Developmental Empowerment (STRIDE) program is a Joint Commission accredited residential program for children who have intensive needs requiring a longer length of stay in treatment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • A High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with intellectually disabled adults preferred.

About Us
