Position Summary
Therapist responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support positive treatment outcomes and successful community reintegration. The STAR (Short-Term Adolescent Recovery) Program is an intensive residential treatment program serving youth experiencing behavioral health crises and providing clinical support to help them successfully transition to a lower level of care.
Position Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have a Master's Degree in a Human Service related field
- License eligible preferred. Such as Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), National Certified Counselor (NCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
