Director of Outpatient Clinic
SUMMARY
This position provides direct clinical and administrative oversight to the Outpatient Clinic. This position is responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the division in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies and procedures, and, in conjunction with the Medical Director, is responsible for clinical services.

Teacher- Regular Education
Beacon Light operates a privately licensed school program designed to provide education for children who have been unsuccessful in traditional classroom settings. This program offers the opportunity for academic success, and encourages students to value education and learning all within a safe, structured setting. Alternative education is available to children living in the community or in one of Beacon Light's residential programs. Additionally, Beacon Light offers a highly customized, autistic support classroom within the school.
The Regular Education Teacher is responsible for teaching one or more core content or elective subjects for students that may range in grades k-12 as assigned and certified. Teachers may use creativity, humor and imagination to develop schemes of work and to plan lessons in order to foster a healthy culture of learning within the classroom and to generate the most effective interactions with students.
Responsible for providing additional support for students established academic and behavioral goals. Updates each student's academic and behavioral goals on their six-week periodic reviews. Responsible for providing accommodations to students who function on an IEP. Will be an active and contributing participant for the IEP team.
Teachers encourage, monitor and record the progress of individual pupils, and devise and tailor resources accordingly. They must also keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and national and state objectives/standards.

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) would be utilized to implement the therapeutic interventions and strategies as identified in the ITP and with the oversight of the BC or MT. Services include individual, family and group psychotherapy delivered directly to the identified client, provides assistance with crisis stabilization and provides assistance with addressing problems the client has encountered. Services are delivered face to face, child centered, family focused, individualized and include family therapy, and behavioral management as indicated. The goal of MT/ BC Services is to provide expertise in identifying, improving and stabilizing the child's complex behavioral needs that occur outside of those expected with normal growth and development. The MT/BC assists in developing strategies directed towards the transfer of skills to the client's natural support system. Provide strength based intensive therapeutic services to a child and family in settings other than a provider agency or office.

Mental Health Worker- Family Based Mental Health
SUMMARY
Responsible for providing psychotherapy in the form of individual, group, or family therapy under the supervision of the Family Based Clinic Director/Clinical Supervisor. This position will also provide psycho-education, coordination of treatment for their assigned caseload, make necessary referrals to support the consumers, and will provide services in a manner in which to support a whole health recovery approach to treatment.
