Decision Support Center Supervisor - Full-Time - Warren
SUMMARY
This position is directly responsible for the day to day operations for a specific caseload of the Peer Support, Drop-In Center, and Decision Support Center. The peer support program provides specialized therapeutic interactions conducted by self-identified current or former consumers of mental health services, to adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness, in 7 counties. The Drop-In-Center program provides a safe and social environment for adults with Mental Health Diagnosis and individuals who are Intellectual developmentally disabled, in Elk and Cameron Counties. Is responsible for coordinating monthly Decision Support Center (DSC) leadership meetings, collect data, and monitors the day to day operation of the DSC and DSC peer staff. Tracks monthly statistics and Personal Medicine/Power Statement Fidelity.
Supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. May perform tasks such as supervision and signing off on documentations that require Mental Health Professional's signature for licensing requirements in the absence of Program Director as long as meets the definition of MHP.
