SUMMARY
The Outpatient Clinic Lead RN is responsible for the medical management of the individuals served, by assisting the LIP's in delivering the appropriate care within the clinical model of the out patient psychiatric setting
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must demonstrate a good understanding of time management, organization and documentation skills. Must interact with the mental health population and with dignity and respect. Must deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Must practice regular consultation and collaboration of client care with the LIP's to provide optimal client care. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Hold a degree in nursing, and a current, unrestricted license as a registered nurse the state of Pennsylvania. Have one year of prior nursing experience -required. Experience in working in the mental health field preferred.
